Pre-order items usually ship within 5-7 business days. Most of our products are handcrafted, and we take the time to ensure they are high quality and durable.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@whitesparrowliving.com within 3 days of delivery with photos. Items must not be used and must be in original condition. If a return or replacement is approved for a damaged item, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and provide a prepaid shipping label.
