SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Some items may be made to order. In those cases, production time will be included in the product description. Typical turnaround time is 5–7 business days before shipping. Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses
provided by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handmade and limited nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Change of mind
Slight variations in handmade items
Delays caused by shipping carriers
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Items must not be used and must be in original condition
if a return is approved.
